With a changing workforce, they needed a flexible performance management solution that better integrated plan development, goal setting and performance reviews and could provide options for their business as they moved forward. ### **Key Challenges** - 18+ years of using Excel for performance management - Paper-based performance reviews perceived to be archaic, confusing for employees and cumbersome for managers - Development plans were seen as a “check off” from year to year - Completion was at employee discretion and was virtually impossible to track - Multiple copies of documentation saved in numerous places, making information difficult to track and time-consuming to manage ### **Solution** 1st Farm Credit Services partnered with AltaFlux to implement SAP SuccessFactors to provide the functionality, customization and ease-of-use they knew they needed as well as ample opportunities for future enhancements. ### Results #### **1.
