SAP SuccessFactors has delivered enhancements and updates across the SAP SuccessFactors® HCM Suite as part of their Q1 2019 product release. Here are a few key updates you should consider for SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting users can now upload up to 100 resumes.
Configuration Type: Admin Center Opt-in
Why is it important? This allows candidate profiles to be created from the parsed information provided in the resume. The candidates then become searchable, added to email campaigns, talent pools and forwarded to appropriate requisitions.
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting users can now define Business Rules on the Candidate Profile.
Configuration Type: Admin Center Opt-in
Why is it important? Business rules were previously only available for the Job Requisition and Offer Approval Template. Now it’s available for the Candidate Profile. When predefined criteria is met recruiting users with admin privileges are allowed to define rules for defaulting values of certain fields on the Candidate Profile.
Internal Career Site is now powered by Career Site Builder.
Configuration Type: Provisioning Opt-in
Why is it so important? Internal and External Candidates now have the same consistent experience. Easier to maintain the single career site. Internal Content will be available to Internal Candidates once they are logged into the career site.
External Job Postings Status is now displayed on the Job Requisition Posting Page.

Why is it so important? Recruiters no longer need to select Post and Manage Jobs to view the status of the various external job postings.
