Q2 2017 Release Highlights: SuccessFactors Mobile

SAP SuccessFactors has delivered enhancements and updates across the SAP SuccessFactors® HCM Suite as part of their Q2 2017 product release. Here are a few key updates you should consider for SuccessFactors Mobile.

iOS Design Update

The iOS app design has been updated to meet Apple design guidelines in the following areas: Profile, To-Do, Continuous Performance Management, Performance Review, Manager Team View, List View Org Chart and Learning.

Why is it important? To improve user experience and usability of the application for better employee engagement.

Mobile Learning for Android

Updated all features of Mobile learning for Android.

Why is it important? To improve user experience and usability of the application for better employee engagement.

Password Management Enhancements

Configuration Type: Universal

Why is it important? Minimizes IT administrative load by allowing users to manage their password on their own.

Other Helpful Enhancements: 

• Search result to org chart: After search results appear, you can select a person’s name and title from the results to go straight to the org chart instead of Employee Profile in both iOS & Android.
• PDF Attachments: PDF attachments can now be viewed in PP3 profile.
• Settings: Hint texts are now added in the Mobile settings.
