SAP SuccessFactors has delivered enhancements and updates across the SAP SuccessFactors® HCM Suite as part of their Q2 2019 product release. Here are a few key updates you should consider for SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.
At the end of the compensation cycle, administrators have an ability to generate compensation statements. This feature allows an administrator to send an email to all employees with a specific statement template, which containing a link directly into the statement

Why is it important? No email notifications were sent after the statements were generated. Now product provides the ability to send email notifications and improves the ability for end user communication that previously had to be handled outside of the system.
Whenever there are employee terminations, manager changes or new employee additions during the compensation cycle, administrator will have to manually search for the specific worksheet and update the launched compensation worksheet. This search screen has been enhanced and now allows administrators to search for compensation worksheets using planner name.

Why is it important? If the organization has large number of compensation planners, then there are too many worksheets to be searched for during the update process. This new field speeds up the administration process to locate the worksheet.
Some of the standard field labels in compensation module are updated for clarify. This feature does not impact existing templates configured.
