Support Multiple ATS with REC Implementation
Allows clients to use RMK integrated with RCM and other ATS systems integrated with RMK.
Configuration Type: Admin Opt-In
Why is it important? Clients who are doing a phased roll-out and want all their jobs in a single career site. Clients who are unable to use RCM for 100% of their global recruiting needs.
Advanced Analytics - Source Efficiency Report
The Advanced Analytics Source Efficiency Report will now be Generally Available (GA) under the “ask” tab. The Source Efficiency Report provides clients with additional insights into not only which sources are driving the most traffic, but also how well sources are doing at getting relevant jobs in front of candidates.
Configuration Type: Admin Opt-in
Why is it important? This new report expands the information available to clients when determining which sources are providing the most optimal return on their investment.
