Removal of Development Goals from Mentoring Pages

  • Mentoring programs with no strict dates, open to all or a subset of the company
  • Users can be mentors, mentees, or both at the same time

Configuration Type: Universal

Why is it important? Allows customers to keep mentoring programs open at all times. Also allows for self-registration.

Add Learning Activity in Career Worksheet V12

  • Ability to add learning activities to a development goal within the career worksheet V12
  • Upgrade to Career Worksheet V12 can be done without any functionality loss

Why is it important? . This is the last step to complete feature parity.

Succession Planning

Why is it important? Allows more flexibility in adding external successors
