Add Learning Activity in Career Worksheet V12
- Ability to add learning activities to a development goal within the career worksheet V12
- Upgrade to Career Worksheet V12 can be done without any functionality loss
Why is it important? . This is the last step to complete feature parity.

Position Card: External Successor: Enable Add Candidate
- Ability to add external candidates that are not in the system
- External candidate feature is only available if recruiting permissions assigned to succession planner roles
- Succession planner needs permission to create candidates in Recruiting module
