1. Improved search functionality

   • Latest regulatory reporting functionality has been added for US, Russia and the Netherlands. 
   • Payroll time sheet can now record hours to multiple cost centers helping in accurate tracking.
3. Talent Search:
   • Compare talent search results based on multiple criteria defined by the user.
4. SAP Jam Training room work pattern:
   • Training room work brings instructors and learners together to work throughout the employee training lifecycle.
5. Add-ons for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors HCM Suite:
   • Integrate employee data from SAP ERP HCM to the SuccessFactors Employee Central solution and use the information in Talent Management as well.
   • Integration with SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI), to connect SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions with the assessment vendors PeopleAnswers (Infor) and SHL Talent Measurement™ to conduct candidate assessments
   • Differentiator between new hires and rehires in SucessFactors Employee Central.
