1. Customers who
     1. Place a high priority on ease of use for employees and managers
     2. Have a simple to medium complexity route maps
            1. Limit of 3 modify steps
            2. Rating of Record limited to Manager
2. But not customers who require
     1. A year long review process with goal approval
     2. Custom elements in Goals, Competencies and Summary Sections
     3. Iterative and Collaborate Step Types
     4. Behaviou Based Competencies
