Vijay Nachimuthu, Managing Principal and CEO of AltaFlux, sets the direction of the company by staying focused on the company’s founding principles. Vijay brings nearly two decades of business and technology consulting experience in managing and deploying large global enterprise applications. In addition to overseeing the company’s operations on a daily basis, Vijay is passionately involved in client-facing, solution architecture and associates’ growth activities.
Prior to AltaFlux, Vijay consulted with over 400 local and global companies of various sizes across industries, all while working for major consulting and software companies. His extensive consulting background, vast network and passion for his clients’ success have earned his reputation as a strong, trusted adviser and a go-to solutions architect. His curiosity has led him through a 15-year journey of experiences—experiences that he draws upon to improve every solution AltaFlux delivers.
Vijay holds an MBA from the University of Toledo and earned a Bachelor’s degree in engineering at PSG College of Technology in Coimbatore, India. He has certificates in project management, Six Sigma (Greenbelt), CMMI and various SDLC methodologies. Vijay lives in Rochester, Michigan with his wife and two kids. When he’s not creating innovative solutions for his clients or writing his blog, Vijay enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, traveling, cooking and participating in community outreach activities.
Kirk Williams serves as Vice President of Sales on the AltaFlux team. He has over 20 years of experience in helping clients achieve their business goals with business process and technology solutions.
Kirk started his corporate career as a consultant focused on Human Performance Improvement, helping clients train their workforce to leverage new technology solutions. He has worked with numerous clients in over 20 industries, including process/discrete manufacturing and services. He began working with customers on SAP implementations in 1996, and has contributed to hundreds of client initiatives that include SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise solutions.
One of his guiding principles is “beginning with the end in mind”, and uses this principle to keep clients focused on their desired end state, aligning daily tactical decisions along the way.
Prior to starting his corporate career, Kirk served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. The leadership principles he learned there continue to guide him today. He holds a bachelor of science in mathematics (minor in general engineering) from the U.S. Naval Academy, and an MBA from Boston University.
In his leisure time, Kirk enjoys coaching and watching his three children in their various sports and activities and enjoys competing in CrossFit events.
Julia Morse serves as the Director of Marketing on the AltaFlux team, responsible for three key areas: Marketing Strategy, Marketing Execution, and Sales Enablement. As a key member of the AltaFlux core team, she brings a great balance of strategic and tactical skills to support AltaFlux's go-to-market strategy, and most importantly, foster long-term client partnerships.
She brings over ten years of marketing, advertising, and media experience to the team, and has spent the last six years working within the SAP industry at leading consulting organizations that provide SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors software and services. Julia is passionate about educating clients and prospects on the benefits of HR technology and how it can help them achieve their strategic business objectives.
Julia holds a bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. She lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband, and beloved beagle Nemo. In her free time, Julia enjoys natural light photography, painting, and crafting. She's a self-proclaimed foodie and enjoys cooking for and hosting her friends and family.
Pierre Politte, Vice President of Sales at AltaFlux, provides a consultative approach with customers to enable their digital transformation. When collaborating with HR leaders, he strives to push beyond the automation of process to achieve the insights and partnership that is demanded (but too seldom delivered) by their business partners.
Pierre has been in the SuccessFactors industry long before the acquisitions of Plateau Learning, Jambok, Jobs2Web, and ultimately, the acquisition of SuccessFactors by SAP. He draws on his prior experience as a Vice President of Recognition and Employee Engagement and as a Strategy Consultant to help HR leaders develop and realize their vision. His core objective, and what he’s been dedicated to throughout his career, is translating organizational strategy into individual understanding and action in a way that produces results, purpose, and meaning at work.
Pierre enjoys and values creating long-term customer relationships and developing a high-performing team. In addition to these passions, he recharges during ultralight backwoods adventures with his family.
TC Govindaswaami, Manager, Technical Services, manages AltaFlux’s Enterprise Information Management (EIM) delivery activities for our clients in the US & India. TC’s primary responsibility is to oversee and provide all our clients a strong project management governance support and ensure our delivery engagements are executed seamlessly with a core focus on highest customer satisfaction.
TC brings more than 20 years of vast industry experience, with an extensive background in Enterprise information management (EIM), Business Intelligence (BI) and analytic’s technologies. Throughout his career, TC has designed, managed & delivered large programs for several fortune 100 clients across Life Sciences, Financial Services, Telecom, Wholesale Distribution and Media Verticals. Some of TC’s recent engagements and core interests include building “Business Intelligence as a Service” (BIaaS), delivering Data Services, integration of Mobile and Social Media data etc.
Apart from serving existing clients, TC is instrumental in business development and creating awareness of AltaFlux near-shore, off-shore service delivery capabilities and contributing to the growth of our AltaFlux EIM clientele.
Jill Roberts manages the PMO for AltaFlux’s SuccessFactors practice. Jill’s SuccessFactors career started in consulting and bridged to Project Management, enabling her to provide a full-circle perspective to customers throughout implementations. She brings 15+ years of HR business practitioner expertise including HR management of talent acquisition, performance, compensation, and employee relations, and has experience working with a variety of HR technology solutions.
Jill has successfully managed dozens of SuccessFactors implementations for customers in both the public and private sector, ranging in employee counts of 30 to over 10,000 with a global footprint and multiple language requirements.
Combining Jill’s knowledge of SuccessFactors with HR practitioner experience, she provides best business process recommendations to exceed customer expectations and streamline business practices. She is diligent in partnering with her project teams to help ensure successful implementations.
Jill holds a bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University - Central Texas and an MBA from Texas A&M Central Texas. She held her PHR certification for 10 years, then earned and maintained her SPHR certification in Human Resources. Jill lives in the Dallas, TX area with her beloved fur baby, Chloe. In her spare time, Jill enjoys traveling, running, spending time with friends/family, and giving back to the community with various volunteer organizations such as the American Cancer Society, the Wounded Warrior Project, the Down Syndrome Partnership of North Texas, and local food banks/housing/veterans assistance projects.
