2019 SAP SuccessFactors Quarterly Release Schedule

The SAP SuccessFactors quarterly release schedule is now available for 2019. Please make sure to mark your calendars for the dates below. SAP will continue to have one Preview release date and one Production release date. It allows you to benefit from (a minimum) an additional 30 days to test new features before the Production release date. To learn more about our release process in general, click here.

Note: For each data center, releases start at 11 pm on Friday into Saturday morning. Dates shown are for the Saturday of the release. *Last updated 12/11/18

Release Information Summary Publication Dates

It is recommended that you communicate to your users that the system will be down for several hours on the above dates while the quarterly updates are installed. We also strongly advise that you refrain from any “go-lives” or rolling out major changes immediately before or after a release is scheduled.
