Gartner analysts conducted research across eight Cloud HCM suites: ADP, Ceridian, Meta4, Oracle, SAP, Talentia Software, Ultimate Software and Workday. This report is the first of its kind for Cloud HCM suites, and vendors were evaluated based on the following Critical Capabilities: Core HR/Benefits Admin, Payroll Admin, Workforce Management, Prehire Talent Management, Posthire Talent Management, Reporting Tools/WFA/WFP, Technology/UX, Overall Product Satisfaction and Overall Vendor-Customer Relationship (VCR) Satisfaction.
