What is the SAP SuccessFactors Customer Community?

The Customer Community is a private platform – exclusive to SAP customers, partners, SAP SuccessFactors product experts and support analysts. The community enables customers to be self-sufficient by leveraging tools, resources and through interaction with other members. Here you can gain insight into product release information, roadmaps, previews, and share ideas to influence the SAP SuccessFactors product roadmap.

If you do not have an SAP User Account (S-user ID), then please contact a user administrator in your company.

Products & Product Updates

Under the products tab, you'll find each product listed (linked below), along with product updates. Each product page includes quick links to discussions & groups, quick answers, VIP events and release updates. By navigating to Product Updates, it'll bring you to a blog that provides the latest on quarterly releases, in chronological order. At the very least, bookmark this page to stay up-to-date on release webinar dates and to get the 2018 release schedule.

SuccessFactors HCM Global Training develops and delivers targeted learning experiences with high-impact content that enables you to execute and grow in your specific role. The training life cycle is broken down the same was it was in the Empowerment Center. You can easily navigate to Project Team Orientation (PTO) training, Admin training, Admin Guides and Job Aids, etc. based on where you are in your journey. It also provides a quick link to the SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center that provides recommended learning paths.


If you're looking for help, the support tab has centralized all of your support options. You can search answers to common problems, bounce an idea off of someone in the community, chat with the support team or submit a ticket with SAP.

Groups in the community are organically-organized by SAP SuccessFactors HR & IT customers who want to share knowledge and best practices with their peers. Groups are organized within a region, industry, and/or focused on a product or topic.

Value & Innovation in Practice Program (VIP)
The Value & Innovation in Practice ("VIP") Program provides SAP SuccessFactors solution adoption and human resource strategy knowledge-sharing opportunities to help customers maximize their SAP SuccessFactors investment. We facilitate customer-to-customer knowledge-sharing through virtual and in-person events focused on the SAP SuccessFactors solution and human resource process leading practices.
