Here is a high level summary of some of the upcoming new features in SuccessFactors Q3 2015 release. Some of the product features mentioned here are the expected features and the delivery time may vary


V12 Universal Upgrades

Customers using an outdated version of any of the features mentioned below will be automatically upgraded at the time of the Q3 2015 release, all company instances using older versions of these features will be upgraded, at no cost, to the more recent version, listed here:

  • V12 User Interface
  • V12 Home Page
  • V12 Org Chart
  • OneAdmin/Admin Tools 2.0
  • Dashboards 2.0

Compensation and Variable Pay

  • Executive Review reports can now be downloaded in XSL or CSV formats.
  • The forecast tool has been enhanced

Dashboard

  • After Q3 2015, Dashboards 1.0 is unsupported.  If you have NOT upgraded to Dashboards 2.0, you will be automatically upgraded in Q3 2015. 

Employee Central

  • Position reclassification is now possible on the UI during the new hire process.
  • You can now selectively assign permissions for the Add New Employment action.
  • The Employee Delta Export add-in now supports Payment Information V3 and offers period based delta transmission support
  • You can now enter a shift classification in the work schedule day model and the Period model

Mobile

  • You must now use Mobile Admin V2. You can no longer use older versions of the Mobile Admin tool

Performance Management

  •  New improved and simplified layout of PDF formats
  • New improved font sizes in forms to make the section hirerachy clear
  • The learning activity tab in the form now supports the display of legacy learning activities

Some of these upgrades are available now. By upgrading early, you can choose how and when these changes are implemented in your system, in a way that is most convenient for you and your organization.
