SAP SuccessFactors has delivered enhancements and updates across the SAP SuccessFactors® HCM Suite as part of their Q4 2018 product release. Here are a few key updates you should consider for SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK).

CRM Talent Pool Additional Attributes

Standard and custom Generic Objects are able to be added as a talent pool attribute.

Configuration Type: Admin Center Opt-in

Why is this important? Talent Pools can be defined by standard generic objects.  Now customers can also define talent pools by their own custom Generic Objects.

CRM Add Members to Talent Pool via Saved Search

The save search feature runs every night. Now customers have the ability to add members to the Talent Pool daily based on the search results.

Configuration Type: Admin Center Opt-in

Why is this important? Talent Pools can now be auto-populated with candidates via saved search who satisfy one or more search conditions.

CRM Send Email Campaigns at a Future Date and Time

Email Campaigns can be scheduled to send at a future date and time.

Configuration Type: Admin Center Opt-in

Why is this important? Email Campaigns can be worked on at any time and sent at a more feasible and sensible time and date.

RMK Analytics Redesign

RMK Analytics is now a consolidated user experience. User permissions can be controlled via Admin Center.

Configuration Type: Admin Center Opt-in

Why is this important? Reporting is now simplified and no longer needs a separate tool that includes more flexible controls.

Other Minor but Helpful Enhancements:

  • Job Analyzer Feedback Buttons: User can provide suggested replacements for salary recommendations and gender words alternatives.
  • CRM Send Test Email Campaign Purge: Test an email campaign’s appearance before sending out to a larger group. 
  • CRM Talent Pools: Candidates can be added to Talent Pools directly from Job Requisition – Candidate Summary Section. 
  • CSB add Hex Code to Color Picker: Custom and consistent colors can now be entered via Hex Code to the color selection for CSB.
