Here are a few key updates you should consider for SuccessFactors Onboarding. ## Compliance - I9 panel text updates: 1. In New Employee step: Before: “change from - Select your citizenship status”. After: Select your citizenship/immigration status 2. In Orientation step: Before: “Ask the employee for the documents she/he will use to prove eligibility to work in the United States”. After: “Ask the employee for the documents she/he will use to prove identity and employment eligibility to work in the United States.” - Verify SSN panel has been removed from the orientation step. - The alien authorized to work number and alien authorized to work date has been removed from the Orientation step panel. ##  Onboarding 2.0 (Sneak Peek) – Subject to Change ## **Timeline**: 1805 to 1808: Closed Beta, select customers only. - 1811: Limited Availability, Early adopter program established - 1902: Early adopter program and functionality expanded. - 1905: Opportunity for existing customers to participate in early adopter testing. - 1908: Early adopter and functionality expanded. - 1911: Full functional parity with existing solution. Migration tools available for existing customers. **Revamped Things to lookout for:** - **Notifications for Onboarding 2.0** 1. Templates and configurable emails for Onboarding 2.0 - **Onboarding tasks dashboard for Onboarding 2.0** 1. Central place for onboarding participants to track, manage and complete onboarding tasks 2. Will also allow you to select multiple new hires for whom the setup is identical and carry out the setup for all at once. - **Manage Document templates for Onboarding 2.0** 1. Upload and configure document templates 2.
