SAP SuccessFactors has delivered enhancements and updates across the SAP SuccessFactors® HCM Suite as part of their Q3 2018 product release. Here are a few key updates you should consider for SuccessFactors Mobile.
Delete People Search Suggestions – iOS & Android
Users can now delete the entire People Search Suggesstions by clicking on the “Clear All” button on the top right corner or delete a single suggestion by swiping it directly from the list.

Why is it important? Users now can manage the suggestion list as they want and can clean it up as needed.
Continuous Feedback- iOS & Android
Users will be able to take advantage of the complete Continuous Feedback feature including Give Ad Hoc Feedback, Request Ad Hoc Feedback, Request Feedback on CPM Activities, Link Ad Hoc Feedback to CPM Activities and/or Achievements, Employee Actions and Manage Actions.
Configuration Type: Universal
Why is it important? Since Feedback is an ongoing, continuous need, it only makes sense to allow users to give and receive feedback from their mobile devices.
Learning: Programs – iOS & Android
Mobile Learning users will be able to search and find programs in the course catalog and then assign the program to themselves, view a program’s overview and complete items within a Program including Online Courses, HTML, text and URL.
Configuration Type: Universal
Why is it important? Lack of Learning Program support on mobile app is preventing Learning customers from being able to use Mobile Learning successfully.
Career Development Goals Plan– iOS & Android
- Mobile users will have the ability to manage their Career Development Goals plan from Mobile Goals section.
Configuration Type: Universal
Why is it important? Mobile users should be able to add, edit or delete goals to/from a Development Plan and access the history of Development Plans.
Other Minor but Helpful Enhancements:
- Location Information – iOS & Android: Display of the Location & Facility information for Scheduled Offerings, Registrations, and Segments has been updated to be consistent across all places in the application.
- Time and Attendance: Time Sheet Approval – iOS & Android: Mobile users will have the ability to review and manage the time sheet approvals. Managers will be able to approve, delegate, decline time sheets.
- Performance Reviews: Send to Previous Step in Modification Step- iOS & Android: – Performance Reviews will now support send to previous step in modification steps so that users can route the form backwards from the mobile app.
- Performance Reviews: Collaborative Route Map Step- iOS & Android: If a Performance form is in a lock state within a collaborative step, users will see a message informing them that the form is locked by a specific user and will be unlocked in certain period in their app.
