Succession Planning

Succession RBP for MDF Position nomination – “Exclude own position”

  • Provide a simple and secure permission management option for Succession Planning.
  • Ensure logged-in users do not see the succession plan for their own position.

Why is it important? Provides a simple configuration for succession planning target population in RBP.

Import Successors – Improved Error Handling

  • The Import Successors tool now provides a more detailed report of failed imports

Configuration Type: Universal

Why is it important? Speeds up the successor import process by providing more details for failed imports.

Add to Talent Pool – Improved Usability & Performance

  • UI will have an easy search field with type ahead support.

Configuration Type: Universal

Why is it important? At the time the search dialog is entered, all permission on talent pools target population and nominee target population will be considered.

Matrix Grid v12 – “Select all/Deselect all” Option in Filter Multi-Select Field

  • Allows user to quickly select or deselect all fields in Matrix Grid v12.

Configuration Type: Universal

Why is it important? Requested as a frequent usability via the Influence Community.

Calibration

Configure Which Rating Source to be Included During Session Activation

  • Allows a Rating Source to be selected when the data source of a Calibration Template is Employee Profile.

Configuration Type: Admin Opt-in

Why is it important? Allows customers to choose the Rating Source without using a workaround.

Career Development & Mentoring

Localization Support for Mentoring

  • Allows translation text to be entered in the Mentoring program.
  • Texts include: Program Name, Program Description, Mentor Document Upload Instructions, Matching Questions to Mentor and Mentee

Configuration Type: Universal

Why is it important? Customers can now provide translations in the Mentoring Program for up to two languages.

Program Archiving for Mentoring

  • Administrators can now archive a program which removes it from the Manage Mentoring Programs view.

Configuration Type: Universal

Why is it important? Customers can now archive a program without using an unsupported workaround.
