SAP SuccessFactors has delivered enhancements and updates across the SAP SuccessFactors® HCM Suite as part of their Q1 2018 product release. Here are a few key updates you should consider for SuccessFactors Mobile.
Time Sheet Widget – iOS & Android
Users can record their time from the Time Sheet Widget.
Configuration Type: Admin Opt-in
Why is it important? Features are now 100% the same across all iOS devices. users can now use the device in any orientation they wish as with any other iOS application.
360 Multi-Rater: Internal Rater- iOS & Android
The internal rater workflow for 360 Multi-Rater forms will be supported and will have the ability to: participate in or decline a request, view and provide comments and ratings, provide section comments, and, provide an overall summary rating and summary section comment and view calculated and adjusted calculated overall summary ratings.
Configuration Type: Admin Opt-in
Why is it important? Mobile users should be able to complete 360 Multi-Rater rater requests from their device anywhere, anytime.
Learning: Mobile Enabled Content Filter for Catalog – iOS & Android
The Learning catalog now has an additional filter option which can be used to filter our all catalog content which has not been marked as Mobile Enabled.
Configuration Type: Universal
Why is it important? Enabling mobile users to sort out content which is not mobile enabled will help them to locate and complete mobile enabled content in a more efficient way.
Learning: Mobile-Friendly Assignments filter for My Assignments– iOS & Android
Mobile-Friendly Assignments filter can be used to filter out the assignments which cannot be completed or reviewed from the mobile device.
Configuration Type: Universal
Why is it important? Mobile users should be able to easily determine which of their assignments can be completed or reviewed on the mobile app.
Other Minor but Helpful Enhancements:
- Continuous Performance Management (CPM): Achievement feedback functionality is restored on the mobile application.
- Non-Gender Specific Photo Silhouette: This iOS and Android enhancement introduces the option to use a non-gender-specific photo silhouette as the default avatar in your Profile and Org Chart.
- Learning – iOS: – The iOS Validated (VSaaS) Learning preview application has been updated to include the b1708 features.
- Learning - Android: – Learning Follow-up evaluation surveys will now be available to Android users on their My Assignments list.
