SAP SuccessFactors has delivered enhancements and updates across the SAP SuccessFactors® HCM Suite as part of their Q2 2019 product release. Here are a few key updates you should consider for SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Onboarding 1.0

Efficient Envelopes for Docusign with No Outside Signature

Why is it important? Limits the number of transactions to remain under the contract requirements. Multiple forms will be combined into one envelope to reduce the number of transactions sent to Docusign.

Enhanced Manage Pending Hires

Why is it important? Ability to configure the columns and headings in order to provide sort and filter for efficient user experience.

Compliance Updates:

  1. Update passport issuing authority to US Department of State
  2. I-9 Remove Sevis number instructions
  3. I-9 Reverification: Work until date field only shown as needed
  4. State field not required when Puerto Rico selected as country
  5. State withholding forms updated for: Arkansas, California, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Vermont, Idaho, Oregon.

Onboarding 2.0

Available in NOVEMBER
  1. Enhanced Crossboarding/Internal Hire functionality to match onboarding with integration with EC.
    1. Integration with 3rd party ATS
    2. Recruiting integration for Internal is triggered by candidate applying internally.
  2. Offboarding Data Privacy and Protection
  3. Offboarding can be enabled using provisioning switch, triggered from EC to match 1.0 functionality.
