Configuration Type: Admin Center opt-in
Why is it important? Improved efficiency of users conducting hires.
This feature allows both requester and processor to know the estimated completion date of each milestone in general and accordingly the overall process execution estimated completion date.
Configuration Type: Admin opt-in
Why is it important? Allows requester to plan better for documents being processed (either newly issued, renew or cancellation status) in advance by knowing the estimated completion date for each milestone and accordingly the entire process.

Configuration Type: Universal
Why is it important? Increases ability to configure the Continuous Performance Management (CPM) solution by allowing visibility of certain features. (Topics/Coaching don’t seem relevant for many clients).
